Since her entry into real estate nearly 20 years ago, Amber Martin has continually worked to advance her skills and industry knowledge. Amber’s integrity and commitment to analyze every situation from the perspective of her clients allowed her to establish and manage a highly successful company specializing in property management and residential sales. Though the company had a strong track record in Orange County, an area in which she operated for 10 years, a life-changing mission trip to Rwanda prompted a new chapter and the founding of Keza Realty.
Currently a Consultant for The Estate Planning Team, and an expert in deferred sales trusts, Amber has successfully assisted clients from all walks of life, including real estate investors, landlords, tenants, first-time buyers, and sellers of luxury homes. Her ability to provide them with effective, knowledge-backed advice is partially due to her experience with Bank of America, where she started as a teller at the age of 17 and moved up the ranks to the position of a stock, bond, and mutual fund trader.
Having previously held both a Series 7 and Series 63 investment license, Amber is a powerful and trusted advisor to her clients, uniquely qualified to help them sift through their financing options. A resident of Rancho Santa Margarita for the past 18 years, she credits her success to her problem solving and negotiating skills, along with her constant focus on the priorities of her clients and talent for helping them navigate the intricacies of modern real estate transactions.
